Tata Turin
I should be leaving Turin shortly. In the meantime, here is a link to all the 1000-Mile videos so far (with the exception of two which YouTube won’t encode for some reason).
Enjoy and I’ll try to get more on when I can.

Am I getting this right - in Video 1. You are following red and white things.. I *really* hope they were not red and white striped things (or if they were - that they were *cough* expired mackems)

Your videos are really good ! It’s a good idea to do that, I enjoyed it even if I need some subtitles, sometimes

Take care for the next !

Adam - red and white, yes. How did you think *I* felt. No other choice. When I got near Limone Piemont at least they changed to green and yellow.
Phinou - if I had the time and a PC I would edit them with subtitles!
Gareth - thanks for that! Videos will go up as and when I get the chance. As you can possibly tell by the titles of some of them I didn’t even have the time to edit those details…

Hi Mosh - keep on keeping on Mr Walky!
I think proper boots are definitely better than sandals for walking long distances + silk socks are good for less rubbing but keep feet cooler & dryer.
Also, cunning trick for blister if you don’t want to pop them is either Compeed or similar (blister plaster) or use a needle & thread (with optional running needle through flame first to kill germs) and feed thread through the blister leaving both ends dangling out. This then acts as a wick to drain some of the fluid but keeps the protective skin over the site so doesn’t go manky. Have tried it before myself & amazingly enought it actually works.

JJ - I kinda did that with the blister bt I didn’t want to leave i ful of fluid as it woudl lak into my boot. So I popped two holes in it and squeezed the juice out…
You’re right about the socks, though, but I think my best decision may be fashion suicide… socks and sandals!
